What we actually do

We're a UK retailer. We buy genuine Kirkland Signature stock, store it here, and post it to you. We don't manufacture it, we don't repackage it, and we don't relabel it — what arrives is the sealed Kirkland box.

What we don't do

We're not doctors and we don't pretend to be. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If your hair loss is sudden, patchy, or came with other symptoms, that needs a GP rather than a bottle of minoxidil — there are causes minoxidil does nothing for, and some of them matter.
